This Great Characters Special Edition Fountain pen pays tribute to the visionary Enzo Ferrari: both motor racing driver and entrepreneur. Founder of the legendary Scuderia Ferrari and established a global automotive empire whose name has become synonymous with superb quality and a passion for speed. Its cap and barrel are made of red precious resin, a color inspired by "Rosso 70 Anni", a special red paint code first developed by Ferrari to celebrate the 70th birthday of the Scuderia Ferrari. The cap is crowned by a Montblanc emblem embedded in a metal grid on a yellow surface while the famous prancing horse emblem is depicted on the back of the cap. its ruthenium-coated clip is adorned with a famous quote by Enzo: “You cannot describe passion. You can only live it.” The cone is engraved with two important dates in the early career of Enzo Ferrari. This Special Edition Fountain pen is equipped with a handcrafted Au 585 / 14 K gold nib that features an embossed image of a Ferrari 250 GTO steering wheel and one of Enzo's nicknames - "Pilota". The fine-sized nib measures 0.50 mm and finished in rhodium coating.
