At WatchesAndBeyond.com, we strive to provide a hassle-free return experience. Here's how it works:
We accept returns and exchanges for unworn and undamaged items with all original packaging materials. We do not accept returns on international orders. You have a 14-day return window starting from the day you receive the watch.
Please Return the Product:
- Brand new and unworn
- All original packaging, manuals, protective tape, tags, and any other included items
- Bracelet shouldn’t be sized or links removed
Initiate a Return:
- You must obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization No. (RMA#)
- Contact us prior to returning the item to obtain the RMA#
- The RMA# must be clearly written on the outside of the package
- Please ensure that the returned item is received back to us within 7 days
Failure to meet any of the above conditions may result in the package being rejected or a 20% restocking fee being charged at our discretion.
When shipping the return, use a trackable courier service like UPS or USPS. Ensure that the return shipment is pre-paid and fully insured for the expected credit amount. In the event of loss or damage, the customer is responsible. Shipping charges will be deducted from the refund according to the original shipping method. See the following:

- Refunds will be issued within 24 hours to the original payment method.
- For credit card payments, refunds can take up to 3-5 business days to reflect on your account.
- Paypal/Amazon payment will be refunded to your account.
