Looking back at Oris's first divers watches released in 1965, the new Divers Sixty-Five, under a vintage aesthetic are engineered using state-of-the-art manufacturing techniques. This bi-compax Divers Sixty-Five features a more compact 40 mm multi-piece stainless steel case that holds a deep black dial under a double-domed sapphire crystal and a uni-directional rotating coin-edged dive bezel with a black aluminum top ring. The monochromatic dial has silver-tone and luminescent hands with dots and indices at the 12 and 6 o'clock positions as hour markers. Slightly recessed counters for the 30-minute and sub-seconds are placed at the 3 and 9 o'clock positions while the screw-down crown with vintage-style pump pushers flank the right side of the case. Touches of white contrast are evident via the dial texts, subdials, and minute markers. Fitted with a black Cervo Volante deer leather strap is secured with a stainless steel signed buckle for a classic and elegant look. This watch has a solid caseback adorned with special engravings which encases the Oris 771-1, a Swiss automatic movement beating at 28,800 vibrations per hour generating up to 62 hours of power reserve, and is water-resistant up to 100 meters/330 feet.
