Created in 1952 as a tribute to Omega's many precision accomplishments achieved between 1933 and 1952 at observatories at Kew-Teddington, Neuchatel and Geneva, the aptly named Constellation line offers dress watches with perfect proportions, vintage touches and advanced mechanical functionality and is available in over 400 variations for both men and women. This ladies' Constellation features a 28 mm stainless steel case that holds a whitish silver-tone dial with a silk-like pattern under a scratch-resistant domed sapphire crystal with a fixed bezel that is paved with 36 sparkling diamonds and adorned with its famous "griffes" or claws made slimmer, running along the beveled case edges and sides. It has 18K white gold skeleton hands surrounded by another 12 diamonds as hour markers. Other dial elements in 18K white gold are evident via the diamond settings and applied Omega and star emblems. Fitted with a stainless steel mono-rang bracelet and secured by a butterfly clasp for an elegant and luxurious look. This watch also features a stainless steel caseback stamped with the Constellation Observatory medallion encasing the Omega caliber 4061, a Swiss quartz movement with a 48-month battery life, and is water-resistant up to 30 meters/100 feet.
