Consisting of classic automatic timepieces, Montblanc's Tradition collection was created for those looking to experience their first luxury mechanical wristwatch. This Tradition Automatic Date features a 40 mm stainless steel case with a blue topographic dial and a fluted crown at the 3 o'clock position. The interesting dial depicts the topography of the majestic Mont Blanc, the highest peak in the Alps. It also has silver-tone alpha hands and Roman numerals with an oversized "XII" as hour markers. Complementing it further is a scratch-resistant sapphire crystal, straight lugs, double-shaped bezel, minute track, rectangular date window, and the brand's distinctive snowcap emblem as second hand counterweight and crown signature. It is fitted with a stainless steel bracelet and secured by a triple folding clasp. The exhibition caseback showcases the caliber MB 24.17, a Swiss automatic movement that beats 28,800 vibrations per hour generating up to 38 hours of power reserve and is water-resistant up to 30 meters/100 feet.
