In collaboration with the renowned survival expert, Bear Grylls, the Survival series by Luminox are robustly constructed, equipped with essential survival tools and embody the spirit of resilience and ingenuity. Belonging to the Survival 3740 Master Series, this outdoor explorer watch features a 45 mm CARBONOX+ case with a uni-directional rotating dive/tachymeter scale bezel, protected screw-down crown, and chronograph pushers. It holds a textured silver-tone dial matched with gunmetal and white skeletonized obelisk hands with white Arabic numerals as hour markers. Tritium-based luminescent tubes (LLT) illuminate the watch through the hands, along the hour track, and bezel indicator as well. This is complemented by a scratch-resistant sapphire crystal, three subdial counters (60 seconds, 30 minutes & 12 hours), and a circular date window at the 6 o'clock position. Touches of white and orange contrast are evident via the dial and bezel markings, crown rubber ring, compass markings/attachment, and Bear Grylls accents on the dial and case back. It is fitted with a dark gray rubber strap with a compass attachment and secured by a stainless steel signed buckle. Encased within the screw in case back inscribed with Bear Grylls logo, signature, and "Never Give Up" motto is the Ronda caliber 5030.D, a Swiss quartz chronograph movement and is water-resistant up to 300 meters/1000 feet.
