With its timeless design and cutting-edge performance, Longines' Legend Diver has been a true icon of watchmaking since 1959. Originally designed for underwater exploration, this gents' Legend Diver features a 39 mm stainless steel Super-Compressor case with an internal rotating bezel, dual crowns, and a lacquered and polished blue dial under a scratch-resistant sapphire crystal. It has silver-tone and luminescent arrow-pencil hands and applied white indices and Arabic numerals as hour markers. The two crowns are both screw-down; the 2 o'clock positioned crown operates the bi-directional rotating diving flange; the 4 o'clock positioned crown sets and operates the time & winding. It is fitted with a blue nylon NATO strap and secured by a stainless steel signed buckle. This watch has an embossed caseback featuring a diver with a spear and "Legend Diver" emblazoned across wherein underneath lies the caliber L888, a -certified Swiss automatic chronometer movement beating at 25,200 vibrations per hour generating up to 72 hours of power reserve and is water-resistant up to 300 meters/1000 feet.
