In collaboration with Coulson Aviation, a Canada-based global leader in next-generation aerial firefighting and only aerial firefighting company to operate both fixed-wing aircraft and Type 1 helicopters. This ProPilot Coulson is a limited edition of 1,000 pieces, a tribute to their skilled pilots who combat wildfires with state-of-the-art aircraft. Oris also partnered with 9T Labs, becoming the first watchmaker to apply an innovative 3D-printing technique with their watch cases. It features a 41 mm multi-piece and 3D-printed black carbon fiber case that holds a fiery gradient red-orange dial under a double-domed sapphire crystal. It has white and luminescent obelisk hands and applied Arabic numerals as hour markers. This watch has an angled coin-edge fixed titanium bezel which resembles a jet engine's turbine. Similar design cues are evident on the caseback and screw down crown, both of which are also in gray PVD-coated titanium. Situated at the 6 o'clock position is a discreet date window, providing added function and symmetry. Fitted with a black textile strap on a gray PVD-coated titanium security folding clasp which interestingly resembles an aircraft seatbelt. Showcased through the exhibition caseback is the Oris caliber 400, a Swiss automatic movement beating at 28,800 vibrations per hour, generating an impressive 120 hours of power reserve, with elevated levels of antimagnetism and is water-resistant up to 100 meters/330 feet.
