This Max Bill Chronoscope chronograph features a 40 mm stainless steel case with a matte black dial under a scratch-resistant sapphire crystal. It has silver-tone and luminescent pencil hands with slim silver-tone sticks as hour markers. This is complemented by the series-typical luminous dots (3, 6 & 9 o'clock), luminous colon at the 12 o'clock, pull/push crown & pushers, beveled date window (3 o'clock), and 30-minute & 12-hour registers (12 & 6 o'clock). The absence of the small seconds register creates a striking symmetry. Fitted with a black genuine leather strap and secured by a stainless steel signed buckle. The solid caseback is engraved with the Max Bill signature which encases the Junghans caliber J880.2, a Swiss automatic chronograph movement beating at 28,800 vibrations per hour generating up to 48 hours of power reserve and is water resistant up to 50 meters/100 feet.
