IWC Portugieser Power Reserve Automatic Stainless Steel Red Dial Black Leather Strap Date Mens Watch IW500714
IWC Portugieser Power Reserve Automatic Stainless Steel Red Dial Black Leather Strap Date Mens Watch Model# IW500714 One of IWC's oldest and best known timepieces, the Portugieser collection was built and started at the end of the 1930's at the request of two Portuguese merchants, a large wristwatch as precise as a pocketwatch. This Portugieser features a 42.3 mm stainless steel case that holds a striking sunray red dial under a scratch-resistant convex sapphire crystal. The dial is adorned with silver-tone leaf hands and applied Arabic numerals as hour markers. Silver-tone applied minute markers complement the white minutes track. Two subdials display a power reserve indicator at 3 o'clock and running seconds at 9 o'clock while the trapezoidal date aperture is symmetrically placed at 6 o'clock. The crown occupies the right side of the case, also at 3 o'clock. Fitted with a black leather strap and secured by a signed double folding clasp which completes the elegant look. This watch also features a screw down exhibition caseback showcasing the IWC-manufactured caliber 52010, a Swiss automatic movement boasting 168 hours or 7 days of power reserve, beats at 28,800 vibrations per hour and is water-resistant up to 30 meters/100 feet.
Like all of our watches, this IWC Portugieser Power Reserve Automatic Stainless Steel Red Dial Black Leather Strap Date Mens Watch is brand new and comes in its original packaging.
