Entering an elite circle by 2004 of Swiss watchmaking brands that make their own in-house calibers, Frederique Constant consequently became a "Manufacture", developing, producing and assembling in-house movements. Currently, the brand offers 33 in-house calibers to go along with surrounding themselves with highly qualified watchmakers. This gents' Manufacture Slimline Moonphase features a 42 mm stainless steel case that holds a subtle sunray navy blue dial under a scratch-resistant sapphire crystal. It has silver-tone leaf hands and applied indices as hour markers. Its distinct onion-shaped crown is located at the 3 o'clock position while the 6 o'clock position houses the elegant and crescent-shaped moonphase aperture with an integrated pointer date indicator. This watch is equipped with a navy blue leather strap and secured by a signed adjustable foldover clasp. Visible underneath the exhibition case back is the in-house caliber FC-705, a Swiss automatic movement beating at 28,800 vibrations per hour generating up to 38 hours of power reserve, and is water-resistant up to 30 meters/100 feet.
