An Edox legend that began in 1961, the Delfin collection marked an important turning point in the development of the hourglass brand, setting new water resistance standards within the Swiss watchmaking panorama. This Delfin Mecano features a 43 mm stainless steel case with an intricate blue skeleton dial presenting latticework of stylized Edox hourglass logos under a scratch-resistant sapphire crystal. It is surrounded by a fixed dodecagonal bezel, its faceted edges are coated in matching blue PVD and adorned with 6 hourglass-shaped screws. It has silver-tone and luminescent obelisk hands, applied white/red indices as hour markers, and a blue chapter ring. The blue PVD-coated protected screw-down crown is at the 3 o'clock position. This watch is equipped with a white rubber strap and secured by a stainless steel signed buckle. This watch has a screw-down exhibition caseback showcasing the Sellita-based Caliber 853, a Swiss automatic movement beating at 28,800 vibrations per hour, generating up to 38 hours of power reserve and is water-resistant up to 200 meters/660 feet.
