A reproduction of an iconic and original Cuervo y Sobrinos model produced in the 1940s, the Historiador collection is distinctive and elegant, a statement watch for a man of style, with a strong personality, and natural grace. This Historiador Retrogrado features a 40 mm stainless steel case with a polished fixed bezel with an elegant silver-tone dial under a double curved sapphire crystal. The intricate dial has a “Clous de Paris” center with a sunray-finished periphery. It has blue and luminescent leaf hands and pyramid-shaped silver-tone indices, black Roman numerals with the brand's crest at the 12 o'clock position as hour markers. Complementing this vintage-style dress watch are teardrop lugs, a signed crown, sectored railway minutes track, and retrograde arcs for day, date, and power reserve indicators. It is fitted with a blue leather strap and secured by a stainless steel folding clasp. The exhibition case-back highlights the caliber CYS 6330, a Swiss automatic movement beating at 28,800 vibrations per hour, generating 42 hours of power reserve, and is water-resistant up to 30 meters/100 feet.
