It features a 40 mm stainless steel case with a deep black dial that has an inset & embossed BMW logo between the 7 and 8 o'clock positions. It has silver-tone and luminescent hands with applied indices as hour markers, both illuminated by micro tritium gas tubes. Complementary features include a BMW-signed screw-down crown, a scratch-resistant sapphire crystal, a central seconds hand, and a beveled date aperture at the 3 o'clock position. It is fitted with a stainless steel bracelet and secured by a signed folding clasp. This watch has a screw on exhibition caseback featuring the BMW logo motif, showcasing the BALL caliber RR1101-C, a COSC-certified Swiss automatic chronometer movement that beats 28,800 vibrations per hour generating 42 hours of power reserve and is water-resistant up to 50 meters/330 feet.
