A great deal of tradition and craftsmanship combined with high technology produced a round watch with many right angles, the Tangente collection represents the Bauhaus movement's principles such as simplicity, minimalism, and "form follows function", making it a design classic in various versions and movements. This Tangente Neomatik 41 Update, an iconic NOMOS timepiece, is celebrating its updated date function from all sides and interpreting it in an entirely new way. It features a 40.5 mm stainless steel case with a galvanized white and silver-plated dial under a scratch-resistant sapphire crystal. It has oxidized black baton hands with slim black indices and Arabic numerals in narrow serif typeface as hour markers. This is complemented by a signed crown at the 3 o'clock position, recessed sub-seconds at the 6 o'clock position, and gold-tone accents for the "Neomatik" & "Made in Germany" texts. The "updated" date ring with oblong cutouts along the dial's periphery, providing an overview of the whole month, featuring two red dots that frame the current date. Fitted with a black leather strap crafted from Horween Genuine Shell Cordovan® and secured with a stainless steel signed buckle. The exhibition caseback with an extra-large sapphire crystal window showcases the brilliantly decorated and ultra-thin in-house caliber, DUW 6101, a German automatic movement beating at 21,600 vibrations per hour, generating 42 hours of power reserve and is water-resistant up to 50 meters/165 feet.
