Paying tribute to a year engraved in horological history, the Longines 1832 collection is named after the year the winged-hourglass brand was established in Saint Imier, Switzerland. This Longines 1832 Annual Calendar features a 40 mm stainless steel case that holds a finely grained beige dial under a scratch-resistant sapphire crystal and bordered by a polished fixed bezel. It also has silver-tone and luminescent dauphine hands with applied & faceted indices as hour markers. Along the dial's edge is a pearled minute track with luminescent dots laid out every 5-minute intervals. A bordered month/date aperture is situated at the 3 o'clock position adjacent to the oversized pull/push crown. It is fitted with a brown leather strap and secured by a stainless steel signed buckle. This watch has an exhibition caseback showcasing the caliber L897.5, a Swiss automatic annual calendar movement beating at 25,200 vibrations per hour generating up to 64 hours of power reserve and is water-resistant up to 30 meters/100 feet.
