Omega Seamaster Railmaster Automatic Chronometer Stainless Steel Blue Dial Mens Watch Model# 220.10.40.20.03.001 / 22010402003001
With unrivaled experience in creating anti-magnetic timepieces, Omega released the Seamaster Railmaster in 1957. Originally designed for railway staff and workers close to electrical fields, this industrial watch was a part of Omega's legendary "Trilogy" collection and was recently updated for a modern take on a classic. This gents and denim-inspired Seamaster Railmaster features a 40 mm stainless steel case that holds a "blue jeans" dial with a characteristic vertical brushing and crosshair accent under a scratch-resistant domed sapphire crystal. It has silver-tone and luminescent (Super-LumiNova) pencil hands, white Arabic numerals, and triangular luminescent (Super-LumiNova) indices as hour markers laid out along the outer railway minute track. The screw-down crown is situated at the 3 o'clock position, substantially sized and fluted for improved handling and grip. Touches of orange contrast are evident via the central second's hand and Railmaster text in script. Fitted with a stainless steel bracelet and secured by a butterfly clasp for an elegant and luxurious look. This watch also features a wave-edged solid caseback adorned with the Seamaster Hippocampus in relief which encases the Omega caliber 8806, a Swiss automatic movement with co-axial escapement and METAS-certified master chronometer beating at 25,200 vibrations per hour generating up to 55 hours of power reserve, water-resistant up to 150 meters/500 feet and can withstand elevated levels of magnetism up to 15,000 gauss.
Like all of our watches, this Omega Seamaster Railmaster Automatic Chronometer Stainless Steel Blue Dial Mens Watch is brand new and comes in its original packaging.
