Corum Admiral 42 Automatic Stainless Steel Blue Dial Date Mens Watch Model# A395/04240 / 395.110.20/V720 AB52
Embracing the design identity of the iconic Admiral collection, named after the Admiral's Cup, a biennial international yachting event which started from more than 60 years ago, with its distinct case shape and nautical pennants on the dial. This Admiral features a more modern and refined 42 mm dodecagonal stainless steel case that holds a navy blue sunray brass dial under a scratch-resistant sapphire crystal. It has rhodium-plated and luminescent skeleton hands with rhodium-plated and applied nautical pennants as hour markers. These colored pennants which protrude into the flange, conform to the International Code of Signals for indicating numbers using colored flags. A bordered date display is situated beside the no. 3 pennant at 3 o'clock adjacent to the protected screw down crown while a small seconds subdial lies at 6 o'clock. Other touches of silver-tone are evident via the CORUM logo and key, subdial texts, date/pennant borders and sloped flange minute markers. It is fitted with a stainless steel bracelet and secured by a triple-blade folding clasp. It has a screw down exhibition caseback showcasing the caliber CO 395, a Swiss automatic movement beating at 28,800 vibrations per hour, generates up to 42 hours of power reserve and is water-resistant up to 100 meters/330 feet.
